The modern towns are noted for their efforts to decentralize. While the web is an important tool, it is true that it is insufficient for certain procedures.
That is why municipal delegations and management centers take a leading role in decentralization.
Our proposal aims to modernize and update those management systems that are required to be used by delegations and management centers in order to perform procedures and paperwork and to provide services to residents in similar conditions to those made in the municipal palace.
